Sourced through the Cafe Organico Marcala co-op, this organization of 62 Honduran coffee farmers has improved the quality of life for their families and community since it's beginning in 2000. Roasted to a medium full city, the coffee exhibits notes of dark chocolate with a hint of maple, honeysuckle and lemon.
