coffee.

We carry an Organic Mexican Chiapas, and it is sublime. Mexico is actually one of the world’s largest organic coffee growers. Chiapas is a state in Mexico that is in the south and shares a border with Guatemala, another yummy coffee producer. Both of them right in the beautiful “bean belt”. (Between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn).

If you are a fan of one you will certainly like the other. Chiapas coffee has that classic acidity that is so familiar in central and South American coffees. A bright, crisp finish after every sip. We roast ours on the lighter side since we feel this brings out the best qualities of this excellent bean. So treat yourself to some of our Organic Mexican Chiapas and start your Cinco de Mayo off right!
